Payments & Fees

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees
Completed work may remain unpublished or inaccessible until outstanding balances are paid

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees:

Clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated
Digital Kinetix retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, processes, templates, and methodologies used during project execution
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, licenses, and services remain subject to their respective licensing agreements

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website & Digital Service Performance

While we follow industry best practices, Digital Kinetix cannot guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings
Advertising performance
Lead generation results
Revenue increases
Website uptime provided by third-party hosting companies
Performance of third-party platforms or integrations

Marketing and technology outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions, feature requests, or work outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and additional fees.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Digital Kinetix makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or performance of services beyond those explicitly stated in a written agreement.
